How to Realign Your Chakras For Total Rejuvenation

First things first, understanding the definition of a chakra is important. Your chakra is any of several points of physical or spiritual energy in the human body. Chakras are connected to different energy within your body to promote healing and centeredness. Chakras themselves must be realigned periodically to ensure energy is properly dispersed.
This blog post will assist with identifying chakras, explain the chakras attributes, and of course, how to realign your chakras if you are feeling imbalanced.

Chakra Placements & Attributes

It also describes the representation of the chakras concerning the corresponding spiritual attributes. Furthermore, the chart describes the spiritual attributes as they would be manifested when the chakra is imbalanced.

Studying these images are important; it will help during the chakra realignment process discussed later in this post.
How-To: Realign Chakras & Restore Balance
There are several ways to realign chakras. Some use Crystal healing (a blog post for another time), some use Yoga techniques, still others use meditation, and still others visit alternative healing centers and place their trust in chakra balancing therapists. There is no right or wrong way to go about this, the result will be the same, CENTEREDNESS AND BALANCE!
Step 1: Be honest with yourself and pinpoint some of your less than ideal, behaviors.
For example: I have been on a complete power trip lately, so much so that my more passive friends have called me out. My patients for others have been running very thin these days and I find myself trying to control everything and becoming hot-headed when things don't go my way.
Step 2: Refer to the chart above. It will allow you to pinpoint which chakras are imbalanced.
For example: Based on the example above and referring to the chart above, my 3rd chakra or The Solar Plexus is imbalanced.
Step 3: Choose a chakra aligning technique and follow the practice to achieve centered bliss.

And that's it. Become more self-aware. Don't push behaviors aside, especially bad ones. Don't rationalize bad energy. Recognize your energy and learn to change your energy. Pick a method to redirect your energy and allow it to begin to work with you and not against you. Take the steps often and make sure you are genuine. Also be aware of your energy once you have aligned your chakras. Energy is powerful and important in every life. Clean energy brings about rejuvenation and empowerment in us all.
